Item will be sent out to buyer within 2 business days after payment cleared. Some items may use different carrier like FedEx ground or smart post, UPS ground or USPS first class mail or priority mail service (if item stocked in U.S. LA warehouse), please refer to each warehouse location and product description listing.
For cross-border (international) delivery, owing to extra Customs Clearing Time, the package may take longer time to reach you. If you do not receive your item, please contact us for assistance.

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to our Fulfilment Center within 30 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Item must be returned with original packaging and all accessories. Refund Package will be given as exchange of unit or money back.
The returned package must be received before any replacement or refunded can be made. Please let us know the tracking # of the returned package for quick handling. It will delay the return processing if the lacking of tracking information from your end.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, we reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 10%.
All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including the UPC code being intact) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
We do not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
We do not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
All returns need a Return/Authorization number before returning.

b) To write down above "RMA #" and "Marksman 642023" outside the mailing box for quick handling.
Our product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Please go to our web site : www.intertalk-sales.com to register your product. Retain the original dated sales receipt. Proof of the date of purchase will be required with any request for warranty replacement.
Company’s sole liability in the event of such defects is to repair or replace the Product, at company’s option, and we may replace the Product with a refurbished Product after 30 days of purchase.
