b) For other countries/customers like U.K., Australia, Canada : Item will be shipped from our Hong Kong Fulfillment Center.
We handle and deliver orders Mon – Fri only. Item will be sent to you next 2 business days after payment cleared (or public holidays).
1) Shipping charge :
FREE SHIPPING offer to United States shipping address.
For other countries shipping charges, please add 10 % on top of selling price; or contact us at : [email protected] for detail related to your countries.
2) Carrier :
a) For United States LA, NJ, FBA warehouses item : For United States shipping address only.
- Like FedEx ground or smart post, UPS ground, DHL global mail, or USPS first class mail, priority mail/parcel plus expedited services (or similiar services).
- Only ship to the 48 Continental United States. For Hawaii, Alaska, and other US Protectorates (i.e. Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, ..... etc.), additional freight charge is required, please contact us for details (at [email protected]).
- Unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, or any shipping address which UPS ground service and USPS do not provide service (like remote area mail box, beach side).
b) For U.K. : By Hermes or UK Royal Mail first class - Packet (less than 2 kg), or similar service
c) For Australia : By AURP Packet or similiar service
d) For Canada : By registration air parcel (Canada Post office, or USPS International First Class-Canada, or similiar service)

3) How long does it take to deliver the item to you ?
It depends on "item location". For cross-border (international) delivery, owing to extra Custom Clearing Time, the package may take longer time to reach you.
Following transit time is for your reference only :
a) For United States :
From United States LA, NJ, OH, FBA Fulfillment Centers : 3 to 6 business days or less.
From Hong Kong Post office EC-Pack : 7 to 14 business days or less.
b) For U.K. : (Hermes) 3 to 5 business days or less.
c) For Australia : (Australian Post Office - AURP Packet) 4 to 6 business days or less.
d) For Canada : (Hong Kong Post Office - EC Pack or registared air parcel) 7 to 10 business days or less.
e) For other countries : (Hong Kong Post Office - EC Pack or registared air parcel) 13 to 15 business days or less. Please contact us for details.
If you do not receive your item, please contact us for assistance.
Note : a) Fulfillment of orders may be impacted by bad weather. b) Please do not ask for special quick shipment service after you placed order. In this case, order will be cancelled automatically and our Account Department will refund to you accordingly.
4) Shipping address :
Please check and verify your Visa or Paypal Shipping Address. We are not responsible for any wrong, unclaimed, or undeliverable address. Carriers like UPS do not ship to P.O. box. Any charges involved will be borne by buyer.
5) Order Cancellation, or Changing Shipping Address after ordered :
Cancellation or Changing Shipping Address of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. It will incur cancellation, or handling fee, which is about 10% to 20 % of the total order amount. Owing to : We process orders as quickly as possible after orders placing, so we are not always able to cancel (or change the shipping address) an order after it is placed. Hope you understand this important point. Cancellation (or changing shipping address) requests after the order was dispatched that it will be treated in accordance with our Return Policy.
6) Quality check before shipping to you :
Item packaging may be opened and re-packed for quality inspection or put in "Plug Adapters" for different countries requirement; also to reduce the shipping weight and paper waste (to protect our environment).
7) Combined shipping : Not offered.
Sorry, we cannot afford any discount; because we ship item by weight (international air freight), but we will try to put items into one package in order to avoid mail lost of different packages. Hope you understand this special situation.
8) The Post Office, or USPS, or FedEx and UPS services :
The transit time may be varied with package destinations and Customs clearing, especially during high seasons or unexpected weather condition. No local pick up service. No third party shipping service.
